“Everything seems to happen on Fridays, and this Friday was no exception! We received a call from our window cleaning company, and some of their crew were stuck on the window stage at one of our high rise buildings. The key for the control box broke in the slot. Unfortunately, we did not have another key, so I called our engineer to see if he could get [the broken piece] out. We brought both halves of the broken key to Controlled Key Systems to see if another could be made. Bob and Tyler were concerned that the key appeared to be custom-made and would need the control box to ensure a perfect match. Both Bob and Tyler took the time to come to our office and check the control box themselves! Luckily, the key fit perfectly and the window crew was returned safely. Although this took a lot of teamwork, we feel that Tyler and Bob deserve kudos for taking the initiative to come to our property to further assess the situation.
